We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our Daily Harvest’s digital experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product vision—translating early-stage ideas into thoughtful prototypes, validated concepts, and polished user interfaces. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident in ambiguity, and is excited to build impactful consumer experiences in food, wellness, or lifestyle spaces.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our Daily Harvest’s digital experience.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design process—from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff.

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to define requirements and translate business goals into UX solutions.

Design in Figma (or similar tools), leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

Lead and conduct UX research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement.

Operate in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces, using low-fidelity sketches or concepts to explore solutions and drive alignment.

Help evolve and scale our design language/system for consistency and efficiency across the platform.

Contribute to the overall product strategy and influence roadmap decisions with a user-centered mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, or DTC brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of web and/or mobile design work with measurable impact.

Deep hands-on experience in Figma (or similar platform), including prototyping, collaboration, and systematized UI design.

Experience with user research and usability testing tools/methods.

Ability to design in high-ambiguity situations—turning rough concepts or early product ideas into concrete prototypes and direction.

Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to advocate for design and balance user needs with business goals.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.

Pay range and compensation package

$115,000.00 - $172,000.00, plus bonus.
