About the Role
As Site Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to the factory management team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and smooth coordination of logistics, inventory, and HR-related tasks.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Provide administrative support to site leadership and departments.
Maintain and organize records (production, inventory, personnel).
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering.
Prepare and distribute reports on site operations.
Support logistics to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Previous experience in administration, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
