代表运营部门完成与PC， TA 的沟通和协调，
负责新招聘人员（含临时工）的接待和面试，
负责新员工的入职手续办理和培训协调，
负责员工的考勤和工时统计，月度的OT数据分析，
负责员工的离职、退休等手续的办理，
协助运营部门做到人事政策的咨询、宣传、监督，
协助完成运营部门相关生产数据的收集、统计，
协助运营部门完成对生产现场和生产过程的审核、监督和检查，
协助运营部门完成对违纪员工的处理，以及其他涉及用工方面的纠纷处理，
协助运营部门完成员工的入职、在职培训的跟踪
协助运营部门完成人员晋升的流程指导和跟踪
完成工厂厂长和生产经理临时指派的工作
