As a Food Scientist Intern, you'll contribute to enhancing our ChoViva flavor optimization and assist with ingredient preparation and prototype development.

A Taste Of What To Expect

You will support in product development efforts of the current ChoViva products, process and recipes

Plan and carry our test productions, including raw material preparation

Conduct food science analyses using tools such as rheometers, texture analyzers, and sensory evaluation methods

Document new recipes and create product prototypes in collaboration with the Sales team

Assist with daily operational tasks, including packing and shipping prototypes to clients

The Perfect Recipe Of Skills & Experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or similar

Ideally, you have some initial experience in the food sector

You have a passion for sustainable food and working hand in hand with other ambitious people on something meaningful

You are enthusiastic about food science and product development and willing to learn food science related analytical methods

You are self-disciplined, hands-on, pro-active and ready to take ownership

NB: This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months.
