Position Summary/Job Duties:	Farmhands assist the farm directors with the maintenance and upkeep of The People's Farm ~3 acre organic garden plot in the Eagle Heights Community Garden. They assist with watering seedlings in the greenhouse, transplanting seeds to the garden, and maintaining the garden during the growing season. Farmhands will also assist with harvesting and handing out produce at Harvest Handouts. This position is a great opportunity to learn more about sustainable agriculture through lots of hands-on farming experience!
Physical Demands:	Job entails bending, kneeling, lifting, and working outdoors. Must be comfortable spending a lot of time outside in various weather conditions doing manual labor.
