Where You’ll Make a Difference
Partner with Plant Managers and local leadership to provide financial insights that drive operational performance.
Analyze product cost development, unit cost analysis, and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
Coordinate the annual plant budget process, focusing on cost, capacity, and impact on final products.
Maintain and improve standard costing templates, ensuring governance of material master data.
Prepare monthly production cost variance forecasts in collaboration with plant leadership.
Develop and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure plant performance.
Deliver detailed monthly plant reporting using global tools combined with plant-specific analysis.
Support monthly Integrated Operations Reviews and assist in achieving productivity targets.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2–4 years of experience in a similar financial analysis or cost accounting role.
Strong knowledge of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing).
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Familiarity with global financial reporting tools and processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead or participate in process improvement projects.
