About the Role
We are looking for a HR Business Partner Head to support our business. This role partners closely with business leaders to translate strategy into organizational and talent solutions, drive execution, and build a strong, scalable people foundation for global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership team to align HR strategy with business priorities and annual goals.
Translate business strategy into people and organizational plans, driving performance and execution.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying key people needs and providing HR solutions that enable business success.
Lead and collaborate with HR COEs to implement effective programs in talent acquisition, performance, learning, and engagement.
Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Build a high-trust, high-performance culture through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
Manage and develop a cross-regional HR team, balancing global consistency with local execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Life Sciences, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in team or project leadership.
Proven ability to connect HR strategy with business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Strong understanding of global HR practices and U.S. local regulations / talent markets.
Excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management skills.
