Join Our Team as an Application Specialist – Nutrition bars & Confectionery
Are you passionate about food innovation and eager to shape the future of nutrition bars, breakfast cereals, healthy snacks, and confectionery? We are looking for an experienced Application Specialist to join our dynamic Bakery, Bars & Confectionery Application Group in Brabrand, Denmark.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Conduct application testing in pilot facilities to support product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to execute trials and deliver tailored solutions.
- Evaluate new ingredients to support innovative product launches.
- Design and implement bar concepts aligned with commercial strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Share technical knowledge across global teams and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support customers across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe with technical expertise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- MSc or BSc in Food Science or a related field.
- Industry experience, ideally in the bar or snack sector.
- Strong understanding of protein chemistry and nutritional formulation.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and analytical techniques.
- Structured, self-driven working style with strong organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness paired with technical insight.
- Solid IT skills and proficiency in nutritional calculations.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30 days/year).
