Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Assist in creating and modifying fragrance formulations under the guidance of senior scent designers and perfumers.
- Learn and apply knowledge of raw materials, olfactory families, and fragrance structures.
- Support the development of fragrance concepts aligned with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Participate in sensory evaluations, internal testing, and stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Product Development.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, evaluations, and project milestones.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing mood boards and presentations.
- Engage in regulatory and compliance-related tasks to support project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance fragrance development.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fragrance, olfaction, and sensory experiences.
- Excellent sense of smell and ability to describe scents using olfactory vocabulary.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
