This role is based in Asturias on a hybrid model. Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage HR administration services to employees, guided by established service standards and ensuring HR and payroll systems are always up to date.
Answer inbound queries and resolve cases from our employees on any HR related matter.
Ensure HR activities are performed according to operational calendars.
Maintain extended local HR activities and maintain payroll administration as required by company, audit and country regulations and prepare and validate monthly payroll runs.
Handle absence and reimbursement management.
Process ad-hoc and year-end activities as required, related to local, payroll and reporting statistics.
Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
Drive and facilitate interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions)
Regularly review processes and procedures in place to ensure efficiency and reliability.
What Makes You the Right Fit
In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.
Excellent or Intermediate English language skills, both verbal and written; Finnish is a must and other Nordic languages are a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills and desire to resolve issues
Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry with high volume of enquiries
Experience in an HR department, especially in benefits and payroll activities, is desired
Relevant experience with HR systems and understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed in handling confidential HR information
Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel. Workday knowledge is highly valuable
