Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate and support cross-functional fragrance projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Scent Design, Labs, Customer Service, Regulatory, etc.) to meet project requirements.
- Manage logistics for sample orders, including SAP/PUMA entries, labeling, quality checks, and shipment coordination.
- Track project progress from initiation to closure, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of oils and samples.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and PUMA, including base registration, QC monitoring, and sample order closure.
- Generate required documentation such as CoAs, MSDS, PDS, and IFRA certificates using SAP and Clover systems.
- Support business process improvements by identifying best practices and contributing to system and workflow enhancements.
- Build knowledge of customer accounts, commercial strategies, and maintain a relevant selling portfolio.
- Provide backup support for peers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and Creative Center.
