Purpose of Role
You will define and implement product strategy per channel and market, manage the product portfolio, drive business development, and lead innovation/renovation efforts. In collaboration with R&D, you will ensure growth and profitability to meet annual budgets and long-term goals.
Expected Activities
Collect and analyse market intelligence to assess business impact.
Develop, own and implement product strategy and roadmap aligned with markets, channels, and operations to achieve competitive positioning and business objectives.
Prioritize activities in line with the product strategy and KPI’s.
Manage the product portfolio (pricing, profitability, SKU management) and marketing mix (branding, route to market, promotions).
Monitor sales performance (volume, margins, customer penetration) and implement corrective or acceleration plans with local and regional teams.
Support business development through customer visits, presentations, and best practice sharing.
Create sales and product communication in line with Group communication strategy.
Manage the innovation pipeline to ensure differentiation.
Collaborate closely with the application team to understand the “science behind” the product to capture value from the product offering.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to align product vision and drive engagement across the organization.
