You will be part of the Technical Information / Quality Documentation team within Global Quality – Taste, a collaborative, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused team where together we drive meaningful impact. Your potential is our inspiration.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage technical quality documentation requests for internal and external customers across Latin America.
- Complete customer questionnaires related to processes, certifications, traceability, and quality standards.
- Create manual documentation as needed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Provide clear and timely technical information to customers and internal partners (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality).
- Maintain and update documentation within internal systems and platforms.
- Ensure adherence to service‑level agreements (SLAs) and timely delivery of all documentation.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure documents meet local and corporate requirements.
- Support documentation aspects for audits when required.
- Maintain version control and organization of documents to ensure up‑to‑date information.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Experience in regulated industries such as chemicals, food, ingredients, fragrances, or similar.
- Knowledge of technical quality documentation and understanding of standards such as GMP, HACCP or traceability.
- Intermediate–advanced English, able to interpret and complete technical documentation (LATAM documentation only).
- Ability to complete technical questionnaires and interpret complex quality information.
- Experience collaborating with sales, operations, quality teams or suppliers.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, QFB, Food Engineering, or related fields (no professional diploma required).
- Experience working with documentation systems; SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and service‑oriented mindset for internal and external stakeholders.
