Where You’ll Make a Difference
Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team engagement.
Regularly meet with team members to review projects, identify development opportunities, and evaluate performance based on key metrics.
Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with global HR strategies and service level agreements.
Address and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
Gather and analyze HR data from systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday, ensuring accuracy and generating actionable insights.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Oversee HR projects, including planning, execution, and change management, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulations.
Monitor service quality through audits and implement measures to improve employee experience.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
4+ years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably in a service center environment.
Proven experience providing HR services to multiple countries across the region.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including ServiceNow, SAP and Workday.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights using tools like Power BI.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
Ability to translate strategies into operational plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
How Would You Stand Out?
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or process transformation projects.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to propose automation and process optimization solutions.
