Overseeing daily operations within the customer service department.

Managing the complete order flow for specific customers or regions.

Addressing customer service concerns promptly.

Establishing efficient customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Setting customer satisfaction objectives and working with the team to consistently achieve them.

Analyzing service data and compiling comprehensive reports on your insights.

Improving and maintaining department policies and processes.

Hiring and training new personnel.

Minimum HBO level education.

Minimum 5 years of experience in international commercial organization.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with management techniques.
