1. Responsible for Batch manufacturing “Powder/liquid” as per production plan and ensure full adherence of producing planned orders

Scope:
1. Report to Production Team leader.
2. Responsible for achieving production plan
3. Full compliance with EHS and Quality procedures and Policies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for batch manufacturing following Quality and EHS procedures
2. Full adherence to agreed production plan without any delay
3. follow and stick to agreed leave plan and not taking any unauthorized leave
4. Responsible for implementing cleaning and sanitization procedures during equipment cleaning and during changeovers
5. Follow all quality procedures related and not limited to “ILVT, HACCP, CCZ, GMP”
6. Maintain organized and clean working environment by following Quality, GMP and 5S rules and procedures
7. Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all safety guidelines are updated according to standards and having these strictly implemented throughout job site.
8. Reporting immediately for any quality, EHS observation and machine breakdowns to his supervisor
9. Conducted Production manager for any safety, quality or compliance issues.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Candidates should have at least a high school degree or any diploma certificate
Experience:
- 2 to 5 Years experience in a similar position.
