Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop multi-level cross-functional distributors & end customer relationships with key customer decision makers/influencers
- Contribute/lead commercial negotiation (e.g., core listing, annual pricing, payment terms, rebates/cost savings agreements, supply contracts)
- Acts as the main distributors/ customers point of contact in all matters
- Develop commercial strategy for allocated distributor/ customer portfolio
- Build and execute distribution management plan/ account plans successfully
- Defend and grow accounts whilst actively scouting for new customers via distributors, transforming leads into profitable business opportunities
- Accurately forecast and update sales forecast tool (SFT) to capture performance vs budget, business risk & opportunities, new wins
- Monitor & Provide Account sales performance (monthly / quarterly / annually) and provide strategic project updates to Manager
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in Sales, Business Development, Sales Service, Technical Service, or Marketing within flavours, chemical or ingredients industries
- Ability to deal with financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-changing environment with project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable in creating compelling communication to drive strategy.
- Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Other language proficiency is a plus.
- Good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
- Experiences in food service or it’s value chain.
