Key Responsibilities:
Conduct extrusion trials for clients in collaboration with the Company’s partners, including preparation of trial specifications, acting as a liaison between clients and the Company’s head office, and developing comprehensive trial reports.
Provide technical and process support to customers to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
Support the sales organization by contributing technical expertise to product development, promotions, and commercial proposals.
Perform research and development trials in partnership with local collaborators.
Visit and support R&D centers in both product and process development initiatives.
Provide on-site support during production line start-ups, including verification of contractual quality performance, personnel training, and process and line management.
Represent the Company’s technical expertise and capabilities at trade fairs, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
Assist in the planning and execution of technical and process-focused seminars.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agri-Food Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Prior knowledge or experience in extrusion processes is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Proven analytical, synthesis, and technical writing capabilities.
High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
Proven capability to drive projects from bench-scale development through commercialization.
Experience working in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
