Project Office Manager - PMO
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the local Project Management Office.
Define, promote, and implement Project Management procedures in the local office.
Gather high-level project information and monitor key KPIs for local office projects.
Support, track, and empower individual team members.
Implement and support the strategy for the Project Management & Site Management department.
Support other areas in implementing project execution processes and procedures.
Ensure project monitoring and governance in line with Project Management roles and responsibilities.
Participate in the steering group committee and support monthly project reviews.
As part of the risk management committee, ensure effective monitoring of high-risk projects.
Be available to travel abroad at least 30% of the time within the area of responsibility.
Profile and Qualifications:
Degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, Electrical, Automation).
Certified PMI Project Manager.
Experience in the Food, Beverage, Chemical, or Dairy industries.
Master's degree in project management and / or PMP certification.
5+ years of experience in project management (minimum).
5+ years of experience in coordinating small teams.
Proven experience in managing project budget exceeding 4 million EUR.
Advanced knowledge of PMBOK and practical aspects of Project Management.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
English level B2 or better.
