Role Overview
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for leading reliability initiatives that improve asset performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and support long‑term operational excellence. You will apply advanced reliability methodologies, collaborate across engineering and operations, and drive continuous improvement to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and implement asset reliability strategies using RCM, RBI, and other structured methodologies.
Conduct reliability studies, including RAM analysis and FMEA, to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations and validate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Analyze equipment performance trends, historical data, and field insights to recommend improvements that reduce life‑cycle cost.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to standardize procedures and optimize equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with PSM, OSHA, and recognized engineering practices.
Advance predictive and preventive maintenance programs using tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, and non‑destructive testing.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or continuous improvement environments.
Strong knowledge of RCM, RBI, FMEA, and predictive maintenance techniques.
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and reliability analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver measurable improvements in uptime, cost, and safety.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
