Job Purpose and Impact
- The Digital, Data & Analytics Professional role works to build alignment and consistency of moderately complex digital, data, and analytics methodologies across the organization, aiming to enable the sustainability strategy. Under limited supervision, they assist in defining standards, formats, usage norms, and resources for data elements and digital products, supporting the organization's efforts to scale and accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices that support the role's vision and objectives.

Key Accountabilities
- Methodology Alignment: Contributes to the alignment of digital, data, and analytics methodologies, establishing definitions, formats, and consistent use of key elements, as well as defining performance indicators and governance structures essential for operations and decision-making.
- Governance Practices: Supports the implementation of governance practices to scale and accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices, following impact modeling and data collection standards.
- Program Management: Implements robust monitoring and governance processes to ensure coordination on strategic topics such as lifecycle evaluation, metrics and scorecards, supporting compliance with defined standards and corrective actions.
- Standards Integration: Integrates detailed digital product and data standards into the organization's systems and applications, identifying necessary changes, creating forms, validation rules, and integration processes to promote quality and interoperability.
- Documentation & Communication: Documents definitions, formats, and usage guidelines, developing governance, communication, and training materials to ensure understanding and adherence throughout the organization.
- Industry Trends: Collaborates in researching trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements to optimize digital product and data management processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Supports departments and partners in seeking alignment on data elements and digital requirements for consistent use across systems, platforms, and reports.
Responsibilities:
- To support the alignment of digital and data methodologies across the organization.
- Implement governance practices to accelerate the adoption of sustainable business practices.
- Monitor metrics, scorecards, and compliance processes.
- Integrate digital and data standards into corporate systems.
- Document guidelines and develop communication and training materials.
- Researching trends and new technologies for process optimization.
- To promote knowledge sharing across departments.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau);
- To facilitate the interpretation of data into information, based on data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum and typical years of work experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Usually reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Technology, Engineering, Sustainability, Data).
- Knowledge of data governance, indicators, and digital methodologies.
- Advanced or fluent English will be considered a plus.
- Availability to work at the headquarters in São Paulo - 3 times a week. Hybrid model.
