Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Perform routine laboratory experiments in organic chemistry.
• Prepare, execute and monitor laboratory trials while ensuring accurate data collection.
• Operate analytical equipment, including GC, GC‑MS and HPLC, to support research activities.
• Identify unexpected results, troubleshoot when possible, and report findings promptly to the supervisor or the responsible scientist for the experiment.
• Maintain proper documentation and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Maintain laboratory organization, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on analytical instruments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Manage reagents, consumables, and ensure proper inventory control.
• Coordinate internal and external sample shipments.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Education in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related field.
• Basic hands-on laboratory experience; experience with reactors and analytical techniques is valued.
• Ability to operate key analytical tools such as GC (essential), GC‑MS and HPLC (valued).
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and problem‑solving.
• Strong motivation to learn, take initiative, and work independently after training.
• Professional attitude, confidentiality awareness, and strong commitment to safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• English level valued.
How Would You Stand Out?
• Previous experience in process R&D, organic chemistry, or industrial laboratory environments.
• Experience supporting pilot plant activities or process optimization projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional research teams.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and adaptability.
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
