In this role you will support the Project Coordination team with coordination, communication, administration, planning to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives to develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers.
You will learn to Make a Difference in
You will be working at the heart of our business, based in the Center of Excellence and EAME Creative Center for Fabric Care and Home Care in Hilversum, the Netherlands. In this highly international and multidisciplinary environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of teams, including account managers, scent design managers, technical managers, laboratory operations, consumer insights, and marketing.
- Sample coordination and team alignment to ensure timely preparation, availability, and shipment of project-related materials (benchmarks, bases, oils, applications) to support fragrance projects, collections, and ad hoc requests.
- Preparation of physical sample packages (assemble, decants, label, package).
- Project coordination of selected projects
- Manage intake, progress tracking, and delivery of projects through teams and the PUMA project management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect/follow up on requests, information and monitor projects.
- Support with minute-taking, organize meetings, internal/external visits.
- Additional support activities may include reporting and rationalization of training/manuals.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field in Dutch University.
- Professional English skills are required, written or oral.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proactive, self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
