The role
We are now looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Regional Manager to strengthen our retail execution in Finland. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy leading people, and love turning strategy into results in-store, you’ll feel right at home.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, distribution, and visibility across your region and ensuring strong execution of national plans and close collaboration with Key Account Management.
You’ll be part of the Finnish commercial team and report to the KAM / Field Sales Manager. The role is preferably based in the Helsinki area, with regular travel within your region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving regional sales performance, distribution, shelf availability, and in-store excellence across key retail customers
Ensuring high-quality execution of national and customer-specific plans in close collaboration with KAMs
Translating commercial strategy into clear regional priorities and actionable field activities
Following up on KPIs, targets, and budgets, and taking ownership of regional performance
Supporting local negotiations and store-level initiatives where needed
Acting as a key link between field sales and the wider commercial organization
Representing Oddlygood at selected customer events, trade shows, and industry fairs
We are looking for a team member who has:
Several years of relevant experience within FMCG, preferably in field sales or regional roles
Strong understanding of Finnish retail and in-store execution dynamics
Solid commercial mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive improvements
An entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude and passion for great food
Experience in food or beverage is considered an advantage
Excellent communication and language skills: fluent Finnish and English
