Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Drive beverage application projects and support commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia.
- Work with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned project delivery.
- Create high‑quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Present solutions to customers and offer expert guidance on formulation and processing.
- Partner with experts to implement strong formulation and experimental design approaches.
- Contribute to new concept development through creative, solution‑driven thinking.
- Stay current on ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices to enhance applications.
- Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations.
- Develop internal networks and support capability building through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Solid project management skills with proficiency in experimental design.
- Innovative, analytical, and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.
