GEA Group, located in Hudson, WI, is growing rapidly! We are searching for a newly created Marketing and Communications Analyst role to join our team.
This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing for our Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) division. The incumbent will make significant contributions to the development and design of new products and marketing standards, ready-to-use marketing/sales support materials, and will support operational and commercial planning aligned with the corporate strategy and cluster requirements, with performance measured against short- to medium-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
Establishing and executing the annual marketing plan (including budget) and product launch concepts in collaboration with product development, product managers, and sales/service support, translating business needs into marketing campaigns and coordinating these campaigns with core product management and sales support activities.
Creation and publication of all marketing materials.
Support from a marketing perspective Sales Excellence Program
Planning and execution of events related to product groups, e.g., customer events, trade fairs, webinars, etc.
Support for internal communication (e.g., success stories)
Work and implementation of branding and corporate design standards at the product level
Execute media planning, support external communications, deliver website content, and support trade press relations at the product level.
The position involves dealing with product-related activities in the marketing planning area that are not fully defined.
Selection and coordination of marketing service providers (e.g., marketing agencies, audiovisual service providers)
Top-level support for Country Marketing
Manage and improve the customer engagement process, as well as lead generation campaigns, measuring the results.
The tasks relevant to the position require an understanding not only of marketing knowledge, but also a basic technical understanding of the respective product groups.
The holder of the position substantially improves all existing products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a sales and/or marketing department with initial experience in marketing planning for a group of products and/or applications with a special focus on B2B marketing
Work experience within marketing planning and with respect to different types of applications, technologies and products.
Strong analytical and project management skills.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
