The Integrated Operations (IO) Financial Analyst provides financial expertise and analytical support to operational leaders across the organization. In this role, you will deliver meaningful insights into operational performance, identify opportunities to improve productivity, and enhance financial decision‑making. You will continuously evolve internal analytical tools, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and promote financial transparency and discipline across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Partnership & Support
- Serve as a key financial business partner to Integrated Operations leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Operations to address queries, provide insights, and influence decisions.
- Collaborate with Global Business Services on cost accounting activities and standards.
Operational Performance & Reporting
- Deliver accurate and timely KPIs to support the company’s operating system.
- Coordinate monthly production cost reviews and variance forecasts in collaboration with Plant Accounting and local leadership teams.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned plants, with focus on cost, capacity planning, and product cost impact analysis.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly plant performance reports, ensuring transparency and understanding of operational results.
Productivity, Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and partner with plant teams to drive productivity initiatives.
- Support the organization in meeting established productivity targets.
- Maintain and promote a strong internal control environment within operations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial models, analytical tools, and reporting processes.

- Demonstrated ability to improve or implement financial or operational processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across functions.
- High ethical standards and strong understanding of internal controls.
- Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and business acumen.
- Advanced systems proficiency (ERP/SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Office).
- Knowledge of standard costing environments is preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English and the local language.
