To keep transforming the industry, we are now looking to fill the role of Platform & DevOps Engineer.
This person will be a key player in building, scaling, and securing the infrastructure that powers our AI and software platforms. You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and ready to support innovation at speed.
What you’ll do?
Core Focus: Platform Engineering, DevOps & Reliability
Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for fast and safe deployments.
Manage containerized environments and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform).
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.
Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
Define SLIs and SLOs for critical services and AI workflows.
Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
You’ll also contribute to:
Improving developer workflows, environment provisioning, and deployment processes.
Supporting security best practices across cloud environments (SecOps).
Creating visibility into cloud costs and optimization opportunities (FinOps).
Promoting operational metrics and best practices (deployment frequency, recovery time, etc.).
What we’re looking for?
4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred).
Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and a production mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish (multicultural and distributed team).
Nice to have
Experience operating AI or data-intensive workloads in production.
Familiarity with SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets).
Experience with cloud cost optimization or FinOps practices.
Practical security baseline experience (CIS, NIST, or similar frameworks).
