As a Commercial Development support, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by building customer relationships at relevant levels and providing projects and customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. To be successful in this position, you will have ideally 3-5 years' experience in sales service and/or supply chain and a bachelor’s degree.
This position is located in Cairo.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
Maintain an ongoing relationship with select customers and sales staff.
Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Build customer relationships at relevant levels and provide projects and customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Organize training of the new joiners
What Makes You the Right Fit
Minimum 3 years work experience on commercial or/and logistic, supply chain support roles in an international environment
2 years of experience in the same position
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing and reading), French is a plus
Computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is a “plus"
Proficient in Microsoft Office (moderate)
SAP and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience is a bonus (however in-house training will be provided)
Pricing strategy/negotiation skills
