Scent – Fragrance Division: We create fragrance experiences that connect brands with consumers through creativity, market understanding, and technical expertise, supporting some of the world’s most recognized FMCG brands.
This role is based in Mexico City (hybrid / partially remote) and supports the Mexico & Central America (CAM) region. You will be part of a collaborative, creative, and insight‑driven marketing team, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver impactful fragrance concepts and marketing tools. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support marketing projects by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Assist in the development of presentations, storytelling materials, and concept boards for client meetings, workshops, and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Perfumery, Consumer Insights, and Global Marketing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing tools.
- Monitor market trends and category dynamics, preparing clear reports and summaries for internal and customer use.
- Support the organization and coordination of customer engagement activities, such as workshops and events.
- Maintain and update internal databases and marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Contribute to transforming data and trends into actionable marketing ideas that inspire fragrance development and customer solutions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, or related roles.
- Experience within fragrance, FMCG, or advertising agencies is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
- Passion for fragrances, consumer behavior, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with digital tools.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative working style, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
