In this role, you will drive major projects, strengthen communication channels, and analyze key business metrics to support impactful decision-making across the Taste division.
This position oversees strategic projects, engagement initiatives, communications, and analytical reporting. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that project plans, events, data insights, and leadership materials are executed with excellence.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Lead the Castelo & Tamboré Engagement Committee, managing 18+ members and annual initiatives impacting 500+ employees across both sites.
Coordinate engagement activities across 8 plants in Brazil, working closely with local leadership teams.
Build detailed project plans—including cost estimates, resources, timelines, and risk assessments—from design through execution.
Manage strategic projects such as Flavors Portfolio Strategy for C&D and other cross‑functional initiatives.
Prepare and oversee plans for key Taste division programs, including IBLT-related initiatives.
Coordinate IBLT (IFF Brazil Leadership Team) meetings, from agenda creation to follow-up actions.
Oversee and guide the work of Projects Interns, supporting performance and role development.
Organize Town Halls and internal events across LATAM and Brazil to boost visibility and alignment.
Handle event organizations, including agenda planning, bookings, and coffee breaks.
Manage hotel and airfare purchases, and prepare expense reports.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in organizing committees, events, and cross‑site engagement programs.
Analytical mindset with experience preparing KPI dashboards and business metrics.
Ability to interpret data from tools such as PowerBI and SFDC Analytics.
Excellent communication skills for leadership presentations, newsletters, and internal messaging.
Collaborative approach to working with procurement, HR, finance, legal, and other partners.
Proven ability to manage logistics such as travel, expenses, and event operations.
Comfortable leading small trainings and ensuring accurate data reporting.
