Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Contribute to the development and technological enhancement of industrial processes, conducting studies and analyses to increase productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Develop and review P&ID’s, PFD’s, mass and energy balances, and perform equipment sizing and calculations.
- Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations teams, solving complex process-related issues.
- Support new product and new process development in collaboration with R&D and Technology teams.
- Lead industrial trials for new products, ensuring technical accuracy and safe execution.
- Lead the development of basic engineering design and coordinate project execution, including planning, equipment acquisition, installation, and start-up.
- Stay up to date with technological trends and innovations in equipment and processes.
- Recommend improvements or modifications in equipment, installations, and operational methods, issuing technical assessments to support decision-making.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat & mass transfer.
- Familiarity with statistical tools for process analysis.
- Ability to design and implement process control strategies.
- Prior experience in continuous process industries.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work analytically in complex industrial environments.
How You Would Stand Out
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Aspentech tools (simulator, InfoPlus 21).
- Additional experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
