The Product Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities related to product strategy, lifecycle management, and market execution for the assigned product portfolio. This role ensures alignment between customer needs, commercial objectives, and operational capabilities, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Sales. The Product Manager is responsible for driving product performance, identifying improvement opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting successful launches and product updates
Where You Will Make an Impact (Key Responsibilities)
• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between market needs, operational capabilities, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure optimal performance of product-related processes.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, cost structures, and process data to identify opportunities for efficiency and product improvement.
• Support the implementation of process changes, operational improvements, and product updates by coordinating activities and communicating impact to all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and define action plans when deviations are detected.
• Support new product development and industrial scale-up in partnership with R&D and Process Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to technical product documentation, including specifications, change requests, and updates.
• Serve as the technical point of reference for product‑related questions across internal teams and operational stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in industrial environments, preferably extraction processes, natural ingredients, chemicals, flavors, or food production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scale‑up, parameter control, and operational data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple products or projects simultaneously.
• Experience in cost analysis, operational efficiency, and KPI monitoring.
• High autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong results orientation, operational efficiency mindset, and continuous improvement approach.
What Will Make You Stand Out
• Experience in Food, Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical, Natural Extracts, or Chemical Industries.
• Hands‑on experience with natural ingredient extraction processes.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience in process optimization or industrial scale‑up.
