Where You’ll Make a Difference
Project & Pipeline Management
Drive R&D Naturals projects using corporate governance frameworks (Planview, NPI, 5D Taste, LMR initiatives, GRA process, Nagoya)
Ensure visibility, prioritization and coherence of the R&D Naturals pipeline
Track milestones, dependencies, risks and key decision points
Manage the Exclusive Portfolio: status, exclusivity management, planning, forecasting and portfolio dynamics
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Management Reporting & Decision Support
Cross‑Functional & Cross‑PMO Coordination

Solid familiarity with:
R&D pipelines and portfolio governance
Natural ingredient lifecycle
LMR and ingredient governance logic
Background

Skills
Strong mastery of portfolio management tools (Planview or equivalent)
Advanced data analysis capabilities (Excel++, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Strong understanding of:
