As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process within the company. This role ensures that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting production goals, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the production team, supervisors, and operators.
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting production targets. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the production process.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.
Lead initiatives to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance operational performance.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards in the production environment.
Promote a safe working environment through regular training, risk assessments, and the implementation of safety protocols.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
Adequate years of experience in leading Production, preferably within F&B manufacturing industry
Must have relevant experience in UHT process
In-depth knowledge of Production processes, Quality Control, and Lean Manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge in GMP, HACCP/CPOTB
Strong Communication, Strong attention to detail & Interpersonal Skills
Good communication in both English and Thai
