Where You’ll Make a Difference
Material Availability Management
Monitor multiple data sources to ensure continuous availability of raw and packaging materials and proactively identify potential supply risks.
Supply Risk & Contingency Planning
Develop and maintain preventive measures and contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions, especially for critical raw materials.
Shortage Recovery & Issue Resolution
Lead the resolution of material shortages by coordinating with planners, procurement teams, and suppliers to minimize production downtime.
Operational Support to Planning & Scheduling
Support planning and scheduling teams during resource constraints to safeguard production continuity and service levels.
Sourcing Support & Supply Security
Partner with technical teams (Flavorists, IC&D, Commercial) on E&R materials, including alternative sourcing, cost‑competitive suppliers, and supply‑security strategies.
Supplier Performance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Global Procurement (GP) and Quality teams to improve supplier performance and ensure compliance with supply requirements.
Cost Control & POV Reduction
Monitor material cost deviations and drive reduction of POV (Price Output Variance) through preventive mechanisms and continuous‑improvement actions.
Inventory Optimization & SLOB Management
Review and analyze Slow‑Moving & Obsolete (SLOB) materials, identify potential customers to consume excess stock, and align short‑term delivery plans to minimize inventory and write‑offs.
Projects, Compliance & Documentation
Lead assigned local, regional, or global projects; provide structured updates to global planning teams; prepare End User Declarations for USDEA‑regulated materials and support SOX compliance documentation.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with planning, procurement, quality, and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to manage stakeholders and present structured updates.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., USDEA materials, SOX compliance, or similar regulatory frameworks).
- Exposure to global or regional supply chain operations and project management.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel or data‑analysis tools.
