Manus works across industries and value chains to accelerate the transition to BioAlternatives – better performing and more sustainable versions of complex molecules traditionally sourced from plants, animals, or fossil fuels. Our platform is proven to work across scales, bridging the Valley of Death between lab and manufacturing more efficiently and more reliably to deliver the benefits of synthetic biology today.
The Senior Process Controls Engineer serves as a technical leader and subject matter expert for all automation, process control, and instrumentation systems across the Manus Augusta BioFacility. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of control system projects – from design and configuration through commissioning and continuous improvement – while also providing advanced technical support to Production operations. The Senior Process Controls Engineer mentors junior controls engineers and technicians, leads complex troubleshooting efforts, and partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS to deliver reliable, safe, and compliant automation solutions.
Why Work At Manus
Opportunity – For motivated, results-oriented team members, our growth creates opportunities for personal and professional advancement.
