The Intercompany Reconciliations – Senior Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end intercompany accounting activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation, timely closure, and seamless coordination across entities and stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in month-end close, consolidation, and audit support.

Play a critical role in ensuring accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliations across global entities
Strengthen the month-end close and consolidation process by proactively identifying and resolving mismatches
Enable smoother intercompany eliminations by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely accruals
Support business integrity by contributing to audit readiness and compliance
Drive process reliability and transparency across complex trading partner relationships
What Makes You the Right Fit
2–6 years of hands-on experience in R2R – Intercompany Accounting
Strong understanding of intercompany trade, services, and eliminations at a trading partner pair level
Proven experience working with AR/AP, loans, interest, royalties, commissions, and misc. balances
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, EPM, AO (Analysis for Office), and intercompany tools
Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
Effective communicator comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience handling complex intercompany reconciliations and consolidation challenges
Ability to identify root causes of mismatches rather than only performing balance clears
Exposure to top‑side journal entries and consolidation adjustments
Demonstrated mindset toward automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
Confidence in managing tight month‑end timelines with minimal supervision
