This student placement runs from June to December 2026 and is based in Hilversum, the Netherlands (on-site role). You will be part of a creative, international, and collaborative marketing team, working closely with colleagues across functions to help create unforgettable taste experiences. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Create eye-catching B2B marketing materials in line with IFF brand guidelines using approved templates (labels, posters, menus, tasting sheets, and presentations).
- Analyze marketing and market data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable project input.
- Capture, summarize, and communicate food, beverage, and flavor trends across the organization.
- Source and purchase Netherlands market samples for internal and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Insights, to support customer experience initiatives.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and project coordination within the Taste Marketing team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, material preparation, and on-site support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field at a Dutch university.
- Student status maintained for the entire internship period (June–December 2026).
- Living within a maximum of one hour travel distance from Hilversum.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and B2B environments within food and beverage.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, layout, and visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, or other visual layout tools.
- Interest in food, drink, and flavor trends.
- Previous exposure to B2B marketing or event support through studies or extracurricular activities.
