Taste – Manufacturing | Process Control:
The Process Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the manufacturing process on the production line through physicochemical analysis and data evaluation, ensuring product quality, process stability, and compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices.
This position is on‑site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, working under a rotating shift schedule of 6 days on / 2 days off, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Monitor and control the manufacturing process on the production line by performing physicochemical analyses, ensuring product quality during production.
Perform physicochemical analysis on finished products during the manufacturing stage to prevent non‑conforming products.
Execute process adjustments on the production line based on analytical results and process behavior.
Perform statistical data analysis to support process control and continuous improvement.
Provide support to the Production Manager on topics related to environmental management across production areas.
Support the Production Manager in all matters related to plant safety and quality.
Ensure compliance with 5S / 6S standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the plant.
Actively participate in problem identification, control, and resolution related to manufacturing processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Engineering graduate or Technical degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields (preferred).
Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistics (mandatory).
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Excel proficiency at basic to intermediate level, capable of creating pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
SAP knowledge is desirable.
Basic to intermediate English level.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective and assertive communication style.
Results‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.
Ability in process control, problem solving, and decision making.
Openness to continuous training and learning.
Availability to work rotating shifts: 6 days worked / 2 days off, across 3 shifts (day, afternoon, night).
