Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Carry out daily Flavour Sample Lab work, including weighing ingredients, mixing/compounding flavours, packing, and bottling samples.
- Check and verify weighing scales before use to ensure accuracy.
- Use Marco System and SAP PR1 system to record and support daily work activities.
- Follow all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules at all times.
- Perform tasks carefully and correctly the first time to avoid mistakes, rework, or wastage.
- Support investigations when there are process or quality issues.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well-organized through good housekeeping practices.
- Assist with additional tasks such as cycle counts, raw material transfers, and system updates when assigned by Senior Compounders or Supervisors.
- Work as part of a team and share ideas to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Comfortable working in areas with strong food or flavor smells (e.g. seafood, meat, garlic/onion, durian, coffee).
- Careful, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Willing to learn, positive in attitude, and able to work well with others.
- Basic computer skills: experience using MS Office or systems like SAP is an advantage.
