We’re looking for a Quality Engineer II to join our Flavours Quality Control team in Haverhill. This is a lab‑based role where you’ll lead quality investigations, manage internal and customer complaints in SAP, and work closely with Operations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate internal quality failures and lead root‑cause analysis
- Manage internal and customer quality notifications in SAP
- Support rework of failed batches and continuous improvement actions
- Collaborate with Operations and present findings when required
What You Bring
- Experience in Quality Control, ideally within flavours or food manufacturing
- Sensory QC experience (Senior Analyst level or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with investigations and SAP quality processes
- Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
