We are looking for a Change Management Manager to drive the change management strategy for our Supply Chain transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on the implementation and adoption of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
In this role, you will ensure employees and stakeholders are supported, engaged, and ready to adopt new processes and technologies that bring significant value to our business.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate change management assessments.
- Develop and deliver core change management plans: Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Resistance Management, and Training plans.
- Integrate change management workstreams into project plans and collaborate closely with other specialists.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through clear, consistent, and targeted communication.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness for key deployments.
- Track, report, and proactively address issues and resistance.
- Provide continuous support as the organization transitions through change.
- Partner with the SAP IBP Change & Training Lead to support overall transformation priorities.
- Plan and coordinate activities with the project core team and steering committee.
- Promote end‑user adoption and drive business readiness activities with regional planning teams.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a Change Management certification.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
- A natural “people person” who thrives on engagement and collaboration.
- Excellent active listening, influencing, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑management experience.
- Prior change management experience within an APS/IBP implementation.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
