Where You’ll Make a Difference
Support the team with light administrative and daily operational tasks
Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents
Assist with the creation, updating, and formatting of SOPs
Help ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and well organized
Support data entry and basic reporting as needed
Assist team members with routine coordination tasks
Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Learn internal systems, tools, and workflows
Contribute to a positive and organized team environment
What Makes You the Right Fit
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office or similar)
Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage simple tasks independently
Good communication skills
Reliability and professionalism
Interest in gaining hands-on workplace experience
How Would You Stand Out?
Prior internship or administrative experience
Interest in documentation, processes, or operations
Familiarity with SOPs or quality systems
