Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Identify, target and secure new customers and application opportunities across the Non-Food segments in Europe, including Plastics, Personal care and adjacent markets
- Drive new business development while managing selected strategic accounts
- Build and maintain a strong and accurately forecasted sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract closure
- Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologies
- Translate customer needs into value driven solution proposals in collaboration with Application, R&D and Product Management teams
- Support the commercial introduction and rollout of new innovations
- Monitor market trends and competitive movements to uncover new growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting through CRM systems
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Polymer Technology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical understanding of polymers/ biopolymers and polymer based applications in commercial settings
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management or similar commercial roles within Personal Care ingredients, specialty chemicals, or formulation‑driven industries
- A proactive, opportunity oriented commercial mindset with strong relationship building skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and customer-oriented manner
- Comfortable working independently across multiple EMEA markets
- Self driven and structured approach to managing priorities and customer engagements
- Fluent English communication skills, additional European language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across the region at least 50% of the time
