Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare flavor batches in the Spray Dry department using detailed shop floor papers
- Read, collect, and analyze process and analytical data from spray dryers and related equipment
- Utilize analytical lab tools such as particle size analyzers, pH meters, and Ro‑Tap equipment
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate electric and gas sit‑down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required
- Compare ZFIS information to verify correct product packaging against customer orders
- Maintain sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Participate in cross‑training programs to support operational flexibility
- Work independently during off‑shifts and respond to unexpected situations
What Makes You the Right Fit
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a process manufacturing environment
Forklift or industrial truck certification
Basic math proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks
Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, inventory control, and SAP
Ability to push/pull 400 lb drums and lift 100 lb bags
Comfort working with equipment data and basic Excel usage
Ability to work unsupervised, especially during off-shifts
Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness
How Would You Stand Out?
Prior SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience handling food-type products or flavor ingredients
Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience
