Where You’ll Make a Difference
Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
Prepare raw materials and handle product transfers following GMP guidelines.
Perform routine equipment checks and report any abnormalities.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and system entries.
Support cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Follow health, safety, environmental, and quality protocols at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues and shift teams to meet production targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or food‑processing environment.
Strong focus on safety and the ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions.
Ability to operate machinery, tools, and production systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills across shifts.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Basic computer skills for logging data and completing documentation.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, standing, operating equipment).
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production environment.
How Would You Stand Out?
Prior experience in the food, fragrance, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement tools.
Experience with SAP, MES, or similar production systems.
