We are looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to oversee the EMEA logistics organization within the Health & Biosciences Business Unit. This role manages transportation and 3PL warehousing operations and serves as the primary logistics partner to the regional cross-functional management team. The position is accountable for end-to-end operational execution and performance management across all transportation and third-party warehousing activities.

People Management: manage a team of logistics professionals (including coordinators, specialists, and warehouse contract administrators), and mentor, coach, and develop team members
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred, but not required
Minimum of 7 years of logistics management experience with advanced knowledge of warehousing operations and all modes of transportation
Demonstrated people management experience
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and warehousing requirements
Previous experience in cold chain (refrigerated and frozen) warehousing and distribution
Working knowledge of SAP and TMS processes
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication (verbal and written), stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Creative, continuous improvement mindset with strong change management skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
