POSITION SUMMARY
As Commercial Controller UK & Nordics you support our team in the UK and Nordics in Sales & Marketing Controlling such as month-end close, weekly and monthly reporting, running analyses, sales forecast financialization as well as partner with the local sales teams. Your will report into the Head of Commercial Controlling, located in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting regular financial analyses to evaluate the performance of commercial activities within the Uk & Nordics region
Providing insights into sales trends and product profitability
Active part in the month-close process until gross profit
Owner of O2C-process ensuring correct pricing and billing together with Customer Service
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for budget and sales forecast, analysis and report variances
Monitoring and reporting of weekly sales, as well as development and help in further reporting development
Monitor Marketing expenses, reconcile to Budget and check with POs (old POs closed, new POs correctly set…)
REQUIREMENTS
Attention to detail combined with problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills to interpret data critically
Team-oriented working style with the ability to own and work independently
Hands-on mentality with a high degree of initiative and process-oriented thinking
A passion for transforming the global food system into a sustainable one
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Finance / Business / Economics
Work experience in Sales and/or Marketing Controlling in a FMCG company needed
Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially sound knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIF etc.) / Power BI is a plus
SAP Advanced Knowledge of S4HANA with Fiori
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills in both German and English (C2 level) are required, Swedish language skill is a plus
