In this strategic role, you will define and execute the global sourcing strategy for contract manufacturing, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and quality across all regions. What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the global category strategy for contract manufacturing (tolling)
- Lead sourcing initiatives (RFI/RFP, negotiations) and deliver year-over-year value
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance (cost, quality, service)
- Optimize manufacturing footprint (make vs. buy, capacity, risk mitigation)
- Partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams globally
- Support product launches, scale-ups, and external innovation with suppliers
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing / procurement (8+ years)
- Background in contract manufacturing, food ingredients, chemicals, or similar industries
- Proven negotiation and supplier management skills in a global environment
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
